The legendary complex suspension systems in Mercedes cars include double wishbones in the front suspension, whose kinematics differ significantly from classic solutions with a single ball joint in the steering knuckle.
A detailed analysis of the double wishbone system allowed us to develop the only adapters on the market that utilize factory wishbones and tie rods.

Thanks to precise scans and an advanced CAD environment, we were able to create adapters that perfectly fit the factory steering knuckle without any modifications. The complex production on a five-axis CNC machine confirmed the theory in practice – the results speak for themselves.
